March 2016 – RE: ENFit Transition Adaptors
As part of the transition phase we wanted to update you and also remind you of the communication channels should you have any queries regards the ENFit transition adaptors.
If you experience any incidents with any adaptors in addition to internal reporting mechanisms, it is important to follow the actions recommended by the manufacturers themselves. Specific queries should be addressed to the customer support line of the device provider and/or the individual patient’s nutrition specialist healthcare provider.
This also acts as a reminder that MHRA encourages all incidents related to ENFit to be reported via the MHRA website.
