PENG Excellence in Nutrition Support Award

We are inviting nominations for our PENG Excellence in Nutrition Support Award 2025! You can nominate yourself, or a colleague, or a collaboration. The nomination should relate to a service or quality improvement project that demonstrates excellence in nutrition support. We know that there are many individuals and services that continually drive excellence in nutrition support, and this award present a unique opportunity for PENG members to showcase and celebrate this at our annual study day. This award has been inspired by Ann Micklewright and Vera Todorovic, who were trail blazers in the advancement of nutrition support through being founding members of PENG, making significant contributions nationally and internationally with BAPEN and ESPEN, being the original editors of the PENG pocket guide to clinical nutrition and establishing the PENG clinical update course, to name just a few of their accolades.

The winner(s) will be invited* to present and share their service/quality improvement project at the PENG face to face study day on Thursday 2nd October 2025.

Please complete the nomination form (Word doc), which includes the scoring criteria for your reference and email to peng@bda.uk.com by 31st August 2025. The winner will be notified by 5th September 2025.

*registration for the study day and travel expense for winning speaker(s) will be covered
